STEP 1 Minimum Requirements
To run the online training you will need a computer that is capable of running one of the following browsers:
Internet Explorer 6 or later
Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or later
In addition you will need the Flash 7 Player (or later)
A screen resolution of 1024x768 is recommended
STEP 2
Adobe Flash Plugin
Our online training uses the Adobe Flash Plugin to deliver audio, simulations and animation.
Over 98% of computers already have Flash installed. To ensure you can hear the course audio and view the Interactive Simulations you must have at least the Adobe Flash Player 7 installed.
STEP 3 Viewing your Certificate
You will need Adobe Reader to view your certificate. If you are having trouble viewing your certificate, please download the latest reader.
If you can view your certificate but it will not print, please contact your IT department to ensure your computer has printing capabilities.
